This Portal, being specifically focused in the generation of culture and knowledge in minors, is committed to respecting their rights as holders of personal data, as a result, and in order to facilitate the use thereof, it has foreseen the non-application of personal data of minors or their family group.

The user of the Portal (the 'User') will be subject to the following Terms and conditions, which can be modified by Seguros Bolívar at any time, which will be reported through the same website, indicating that they have been updated, leaving from that moment the User subject to such changes.The User agrees that he/she must visit this page periodically to determine the terms and conditions in force for the use of this Portal; in the event that the user is a minor this duty shall correspond to the parents or their legal representative:

In the case of underage users, the terms and conditions should be ratified by the responsible adult of the User, who has been notified of the registration in the Portal to the email that the User reported in the creation of the character.

Seguros Bolívar is aware of the special handling that must be used in the systems that have minors as addressees, which is why the parent or guardian will be entitled to cancel the User's account once he has received the aforementioned notification mail, from which the same will be eliminated.
